WHO ARE WE ?
Anjorin + Anjorin & Co. Chartered Accountants , is a firm of chartered accountants and consultants that was found by Mr. Babatunde Anjorin in 1982 as Babatunde Anjorin & Co. The firm adopted its present name in 1996 following years of rapid growth and expansion as well as the entry of Mrs. Olayinka Anjorin as a named partner.
Anjorin + Anjorin currently serves clients in both the public and private sectors. We are the trusted auditor and adviser to institutions with businesses and interests across multiple industries including Banking and Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, Aviation, Sales and Trading, Printing and Publishing, Agriculture and Livestock, Information Technology, Consumer Goods and Products, e.t.c.

Babatunde Anjorin, HND, FCA
Managing Partner
Babatunde Anjorin has held the position of managing partner of Anjorin + Anjorin since he found the firm in 1982. Prior to starting the firm, Tunde served as the Chief Accounting Officer and Company Secretary of Oil & Gas Services Company Soimi Nig. ltd. He was also an Accounting lecturer at Auchi Polytechnic as well as an external auditor for Wema Bank. Mr. Anjorin is the current Executive Chairman of Atmorine Nigeria Limited.
Frances Obute, BSc, MBA, ACA
Senior Manager
Frances Obute qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Nigeria. He obtained a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University in 1997. He has been a member of the team at Anjorin + Anjorin since 2003. Frances is a Senior Engagement Manager serving clients in the Technology and Financials sectors.
Paul Shoga, HND, FCA
Senior Partner
Shoga Paul Babatunde worked as a banker with Cooperative Bank for over thirty years. During his tenure at the bank he served as Chief Accountant of Gateway Bank, then as Chief inspector of Cooperative Bank before leaving as MD/CEO of Coop Savings & Loan, the Mortgage Bank subsidiary of the group. He joined Anjorin + Anjorin in 2007. Mr. Shoga is also an ordained Senior Pastor of The Redeemed Christian Church of God.
Johnson Adeagbo, BSc, ACA
Senior Manager
Johnson Adeagbo is a qualified Chartered Accountant and associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He began his career at Hademec Limited as Accounting Assistant and rose to become Senior Accountant. He also has a bachelors degree in accounting from the University of Lagos. Johnson is a Senior Engagement Manager serving clients in the Industrial and Consumer Services sectors.
Boro Oyebola BSc, MSc, ACA
Associate Partner
Oyebola graduated from the department of Economics, University of Ibadan in 1987 and completed his Masters Degree in Economics in 1991 before starting his carrier with Babatunde Anjorin & Co. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999. Mr Oyebola previously served as Principal Manager at HSSL Global and as Financial Controller at Bullrun Resources. He returned back to Anjorin + Anjorin & Co. in 2012.
Clara Kaseem, Dip, FCCA
Senior Manager
Clara is a Fellow of the Chartered and Certified Accountants of England and Wales. She worked as Chief Accountant and Company Secretary with Smurfit Cases Nig. Ltd – a corrugated box manufacturing concern. She also worked with various other companies in other capacities including Internal Auditor before joining Anjorin + Anjorin & Co.
